Cambridge City Council’s multi-storey car park adjoins the Grand Arcade and is open 24/7 all year-round with 953 spaces. Using a Sat Nav, the car park postcode is CB2 3QF and there is lots of signage around the city centre to direct you to Grand Arcade. Cambridge is serviced north to south by the M11, and east to west by the A14.

The city centre can be very congested and one of the easiest ways to reach Grand Arcade is on the Park & Ride. There are five Park & Ride locations around Cambridge with regular buses into the city. The locations are: Babraham Road, Madingley Road, Milton, Newmarket Road and Trumpington.

The cost to use the Park & Ride is £3.00 (valid for 1 day) and it is free to park. Up to 3 children travel for free. Or with a valid concessionary pass you can ride to and from town free after 9.30am weekdays, and anytime at weekends.

There are regular trains to Cambridge from London’s King’s Cross, London’s Liverpool Street, Norwich, Kings Lynn and Peterborough. Grand Arcade is a 15-minute walk from the station or there is a regular bus service to the city centre from the train station. For train times to Cambridge click here. Cambridge City Centre’s bus stops are on our doorstep! The bus network passes through the interchange between Downing Street and Emmanuel Street and is just a short walk to the Grand Arcade’s entrance.

Cambridge is known for being a cycle-friendly city and hopping on your bike is one of the best ways to access the City Centre!

Enjoy our 200-space free bicycle park accessible by Corn Exchange Street, and open every day from 7:00 am until 11:30 pm.

You can also decide to use the Bikes Secure Parking service from Primo Cycles, available during the store opening hours, and also accessible by Corn Exchange Street. They offer 64 spaces under their vigilance for £1.50 per bike and per day. There is no need to book and they accept cash or card payment.

Grand Arcade is located at the heart of Cambridge City Centre. We are bordered by Downing Street, St Andrew’s Street, Corn Exchange Street and our neighbours Lion Yard.

If you find yourself a little bit lost, Google maps can be relied upon to plot good pedestrian routes to the centre from a variety of locations within the city.
